| The Nebraska Water Environment Association (NWEA) is a non-profit organization comprised of professionals dedicated to protecting Nebraska's water quality. It is part of a national organization called the Water Environment Federation (WEF®) with affiliated associations throughout the world. These organizations provide an excellent forum for communication, and provide educational information concerning the nature, collection, and treatment of domestic and industrial wastes. |

Mr. Protzman received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla in 1993 and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Environmental Engineering from Iowa State University in 1997. Roger has15 years experience and has been with JEO Consulting Group, Inc. since 2000. He is currently a Project Engineer and the Norfolk Branch Manger. He has been actively involved in completing water and wastewater projects in Nebraska and is a member of the Publications Committee. |

Jeff Forney is employed by Olsson Associates in Omaha, Nebraska working with the Water/Wastewater Team. He received a BS in Biology from Hastings College in 1993 and a MS in Biological Systems Engineering in 1997 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Jeff has 10 years of professional consulting experience with the last seven specifically focused in wastewater treatment, biosolids treatment and disposal and wastewater collection. |

Steve Crisler is the Facilities Operation and Maintenance Coordinator for the Lincoln Wastewater System. He has 31 years of experience with the Lincoln Wastewater System (LWWS) with responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and management of the treatment facilities, storm and wastewater pumping facilities. He also is the Biosolids coordinator for Lincoln's liquid land application program and farming operations. Steve is a Past President of the NWEA and active member of NWEA for more than 25 years. |

Mr. Kontor is Superintendent of Wastewater Treatment for the City of Fremont. He started working in the wastewater field in 1988 and has been involved in Municipal and Industrial Waste treatment for the past 20 years. He is currently a certified Class 4 Wastewater operator and a Class 2 Water operator for the State of Nebraska.
Keith is married to Judy and has 2 children Brandon and Colby. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, motorcycle riding and playing golf.
