 Mr. Kontor is Superintendent of Wastewater Treatment for the City of Fremont. He started working in the wastewater field in 1988 and has been involved in Municipal and Industrial Waste treatment for the past 20 years. He is currently a certified Class 4 Wastewater operator and a Class 2 Water operator for the State of Nebraska.
Keith is married to Judy and has 2 children Brandon and Colby. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, motorcycle riding and playing golf.

 Mr. Protzman received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla in 1993 and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Environmental Engineering from Iowa State University in 1997.
Roger has15 years experience and has been with JEO Consulting Group, Inc. since 2000. He is currently a Project Engineer and the Norfolk Branch Manger. He has been actively involved in completing water and wastewater projects in Nebraska and is a member of the Publications Committee.
